1. Relationships
We
believe that Jesus commanded us to love one another. Therefore, we
value a commitment to intentionally model covenantal relationships among ourselves
and encourage them across the greater Body of Christ.

2. Diversity
We
believe that the Body of Christ is a mosaic made up of many parts but when
put together, it forms a beautiful reflection of Jesus. Therefore, we
value our denominational, racial, ethnic, and other demographic differences
that reflect the colorful bride of Christ.

3. Unity
We
believe in Jesus' prayer for believers to be one. Therefore, we value
the whole Church (composed of many unique, local congregations with Jesus
as the head Shepherd) praying and working together to make His prayer a
reality without any congregation losing its theological or cultural
distinctiveness.

4. Evangelism
We
believe in obeying Jesus' command to make disciples of all nations.
Therefore, we value the proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all
peoples in relevant ways that will then transform our world one life at a
time.

5. Societal Impact
We
believe that God has chosen the Church to have a transforming impact on the
world. Therefore, we value the Church being a righteous voice and a
catalyst for establishing God's kingdom here on earth in all aspects of
culture and society for His glory.

6. Strategic Partnership
We
believe in forging synergistic relationships among churches and para-church organizations, accomplishing more together
than any one church or ministry can do alone. Therefore, we value
partnerships and endeavors that effectively network and mobilize Christians
to advance the Kingdom of God together.

7. God Dependence
We
believe that apart from Christ we can do nothing. Therefore, we value
prayer and the leading of the Holy Spirit as He inspires, directs and
empowers the work of transformation in our county and in the nations.
